By accessing and using the 4 of Cups mobile application ("the App" or "the Service"), operated by Purposeflow AI ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for purposes permitted by these Terms of Service and any applicable laws, regulations, or generally accepted practices in the relevant jurisdictions. Purposeflow AI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
As a private spiritual journaling service, we respect and protect your privacy. You retain full ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content that you create or own, including your journal entries, reflections, and questions ("User Content").
When you upload or submit content to our Services, you give Purposeflow AI permission to store and protect this content on your behalf and to process it for the purpose of providing our services to you, including generating tarot readings, analyzing patterns, and providing insights. We will not use, host, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, or distribute your User Content for any other purposes.

Certain parts of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. If you choose to subscribe, you agree to the following:
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Your subscription will auto-renew under the same terms unless you or we cancel it.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. For in-app subscriptions, cancellation should be done through the appropriate application store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid services until the end of your current subscription period.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and to keep it up to date. Payments are facilitated through third-party processors, such as Apple and Google for in-app payments. By using these services, you also agree to the terms and conditions of those payment processors.
We may modify subscription fees at any time, with changes taking effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will be notified in advance of any changes, and your continued use of the Services will signify your agreement to the new fees.

We may offer free trial periods for our subscription services. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, you will be billed for the subscription at the end of the trial period. We may modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.

The tarot readings and insights provided by the App are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They should not be considered as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). You should not rely on tarot readings to make important life decisions without consulting appropriate professionals.
Purposeflow AI, its affiliates, and third-party service providers disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Purposeflow AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or third-party service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted (including the UK and EU), our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purposeflow AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from any losses, liabilities, damages, claims, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.
